TrusteeScott is the President of Appliance Innovation, Inc. in Dallas, TX. He leads a team of scientists and engineers in the innovation of new cooking technologies. He has worked in manufacturing, engineering, and product development for over 20 years, and has been awarded six patents for his work. He received his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1994.
